The extraordinary generosity of FICP members and hospitality partners has garnered significant charitable giving and countless hours of volunteerism to multiple charities over the years.
Past FICP philanthropic initiatives have benefitted Junior Achievement® (JA), an organization which promotes education, supports students interested in the travel and tourism industry, and Global Giving, a large crowdfunding community that helps donors to make safe and easy donations to vetted, locally-driven organizations around the world while providing local organizations the tools, training and support they need to become more effective.
The 2019 FICP Annual Conference will host FICP's 18th Annual Silent Auction. This year's Silent Auction will benefit two charitable organizations, both local to the Austin area: the Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center and the Austin VA Outpatient Clinic.
In 2018, FICP raised more than $90,000 to support three charitable organizations, all local to the Orlando area. Proceeds from this year's auction will support organizations that have a positive impact on the local Austin community today, and tomorrow's workforce.
