Over the past 22 years, the FICP community has raised more than 1.2 million dollars to benefit local and national not-for-profit organizations.
The participation and generosity of members and hospitality partners in donating items and bidding are the reasons for the Silent Auction's year-over-year success. Thank you for supporting this impactful program. We're excited to host the FICP Silent Auction at this year's Annual Conference in November.
Donate Today
The Silent Auction (both donating and bidding) is open to all FICP members and hospitality partners, regardless of 2024 FICP Annual Conference attendance. Donations will close on October 11.
FICP is seeking packages and item donations – both big and small – that will be part of this year’s Silent Auction. Hotel and travel-related donations are huge crowd pleasers and the majority of donations year after year. We encourage you to consider other options too, such as:
- Sports memorabilia
- Signed instruments or albums
- Tickets (e.g., sporting events, concerts, theater, comedy, theme parks, museums, ski passes)
- Golf outings
- Wine bottles or wine tastings
- Themed baskets (e.g., food, coffee, spa, gardening, beer/wine/spirits, chocolates)
- Work-inspired items (e.g., luggage, backpacks)
- Technology items (e.g., speakers, fitness trackers, watches)
- High-end kitchen appliances (e.g., blenders, espresso machines, air fryers)
- Style items (e.g., designer bags, jewelry, cosmetics)
- Items for the great outdoors (e.g., coolers, barbecuing items)
- Certificates

Get to Know This Year's Silent Auction Beneficiaries
All proceeds from the 23rd Annual Silent Auction will benefit these two impactful organizations:
Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is a community-based organization where kids find a safe place during the critical time spent outside of school to become inspired, build relationships and learn how big a part they play in their community and their future. For a nominal fee, the club members are able to envision their greatest potential and turn their dreams into real possibilities.
The Above and Beyond Foundation recognizes, rewards and supports outstanding individuals employed on the front lines of the hospitality industry by providing awards and grants to help them attain their personal and professional goals.
The Impact of Giving in 2023
In 2023 alone, the FICP Silent Auction raised $118,224 — benefiting two organizations:
- Meals of Hope, which is a nonprofit organization committed to bringing people together to fight the hunger epidemic.
- The Above and Beyond Foundation, which is awarded to front-line workers who demonstrate our core values and embody the heart of hospitality through an extraordinary single act of service that is truly "above and beyond."
