As the leader of a meetings and events team, I’m being asked to do more than ever with fewer resources. Each year I leave the FICP Annual Conference reignited in my passion and with the tools I need to motivate my team, keep our events relevant and manage internal stakeholders.

I love meeting planning, but the day-to-day demands and stress of the job can make that easy to forget sometimes. At the FICP Annual Conference, I’m inspired by what I see and learn at the event, uplifted by my peers and reminded why I love my job so much. The energy that this event brings reinvigorates my passion for bringing people together and trying new ideas at my own meetings.

I’m still new to the meeting planning world and I’m trying to make a name for myself.
