We’re pleased you have decided to join the FICP community. Follow the steps below to get started.

How to Join

If you are joining FICP as a new member or hospitality partner:

  1. First, click the “Join Now” button below.
  2. A new browser tab will open. Select “Set up an Account.” Enter the email address, password and name you would like to use for your account and click “Set Up.”
  3. Follow the prompts to set up your account. After creating your account, you will receive an email from info@ficpnet.com to verify your account.
  4. After verifying your account and saving your profile information, click “Join or Renew” and then “Join FICP” to process your application and payment.
  5. Your application will go through an approval process. You will be notified regarding your application status within five business days.

How to Renew

Already a part of the community? Follow the instructions below if you are renewing your FICP membership or hospitality partnership. 

  1. Click “Login” in the top right corner.
  2. Once you’re logged in, click “Join” or “Renew.”
  3. Review your profile information and follow the prompts to process your renewal.

Meetings Professional Member Dues

  • Calendar Year Membership: $340 USD (January 1-December 31)
  • Extended Membership: $510 USD (Available to new members only beginning July 1 each year for a membership valid through December 31 of the following year)

Hospitality Partner Fees

  • Calendar Year: $455 (January 1-December 31)
