Southern Sunset at May River Lawn

6:30–9:00 p.m.

As the sun sets over Montage Palmetto Bluff, step into Southern Sunset and experience the charm of the Lowcountry. Stroll through the vibrant marketplace, savoring coastal flavors, signature cocktails and local treats, all while live music sets the mood. With breathtaking views of the river and the essence of Southern hospitality, it’s the perfect introduction to what makes the Lowcountry truly special.

Moreland Magic at Moreland Landing

7:00–9:00 p.m.

Set sail on a scenic boat trip along the winding beauty of the May River, departing from Grace Dock and cruising toward Moreland Landing. Sip a perfectly crafted Southern cocktail as the golden light dances on the water, Spanish moss sways in the breeze, and herons, dolphins and egrets appear in the distance, painting a serene Lowcountry scene.

Savor the charm of Moreland Landing as you enjoy an unforgettable evening by the riverfront. The tranquil blues and warm tones set the stage for an immersive celebration, where you can indulge in a lively oyster roast, honoring the spirit of Lowcountry living. Bid farewell to the region in true Southern style, surrounded by delicious flavors, lively conversation and the natural beauty of the land.

Optional Nightcap at Cole's

9:00–11:00 p.m.

After the evening event at Moreland, guests are invited to stop by Cole’s for a nightcap, bowling and billiards and to mingle with fellow attendees. Located conveniently on the way back to the property, Cole’s offers a relaxed atmosphere for those who wish to join. For those who prefer to head straight back, the trolley will continue on to the hotel. Please note, this function is a cash bar.

Traveling without a team? Meet other meetings professionals and hospitality partners who are also attending solo at tables designated for solo travelers during this networking lunch.

Rising Professionals Happy Hour

5:30-6:30 p.m.

Meetings professionals and hospitality partners with 10 or fewer years of experience are invited to join us for a quick happy hour on Monday night. Hear about the work of our Rising Professionals Community and meet colleagues who are at a similar place in their career.

Teambuilding Activity: Network in Every Sense

Step into a networking experience like no other – where all of your senses will come alive! Embark on a scavenger hunt on bicycles that is designed to spark meaningful connections through sight, touch, taste, sound and smell. Attendees will be grouped into teams to explore all that Montage Palmetto Bluff has to offer. This sensory-driven experience will spark new relationships, deepen industry connections and create lasting memories in a stunning Lowcountry setting.
