2024 FICP Strategic Leaders Event 

The Strategic Leaders Event is tailored exclusively for the F&I industry's most senior-level meetings professionals. Attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded peers on pertinent topics crucial to their strategic roles and share F&I-specific insights and experiences via roundtable discussions and facilitated dialogue.

We are excited to share that the 2024 FICP Strategic Leaders Event will be taking place in Tampa, Florida, at the luxurious JW Marriott Tampa Water Street this December 9-10. Known as the Big Guava, Tampa is a growing, vibrant city serviced by three international airports — making it an ideal destination for this year's invitation-only, 1.5-day retreat.
