2026 FICP Fuel Forward Exchange Sponsorship Application

2026 FICP Fuel Forward Exchange sponsorship sales will open on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. CDT.

HOW TO PREPARE:

Can you access your account? Test your log in. You will be required to log in to your account to submit an application. .
Do you see a countdown clock? Please ensure you see a countdown clock below. The clock will only appear once you are logged in. If you do not see a countdown clock, you are not logged in and will not be able to access the application. The application link will appear in place of the clock below at 11:00 a.m. CDT on October 16, 2025.
Are you renewed for 2025? Visit your FICP profile to view your expiration date.

NOTE: Once you reach the application clock, the system will automatically log you out after 15 minutes regardless of activity level.

The 2026 FICP Fuel Forward Exchange will be held January 29-30 at Conrad New York Downtown. The following sponsorship levels are available for the event. More information is available on page nine of the 2026 Sponsorship Prospectus.

Includes one (1) registration to the event
No sponsor benefits

Silver Sponsor – $4,145
Company name recognition on event website and in event-related materials
PowerPoint scroll recognition at main stage
Includes two (2) registrations to the event

Gold Sponsor – $6,480
Company logo recognition on event website and in event-related materials
PowerPoint scroll recognition at main stage
Includes three (3) registrations to the event
