The Winter Symposium didn’t just evolve in 2026, it became the very first FICP Fuel Forward Exchange, and it sold out!

The new name reflected what the event had already become: a high-energy exchange built for acceleration, collaboration and forward-thinking ideas that matter to meeting professionals now. The Fuel Forward Exchange wasn’t about sitting back and listening. It was about leaning in, sharing perspectives and shaping what comes next.

This January, we convened in the City That Never Sleeps at the Conrad New York Downtown, where Manhattan’s pace set the tone for an experience designed to move fast and think big. Attendees dove into thoughtfully curated sessions, connected with peers who matched their ambition and kicked off the year with clarity, confidence and momentum.

They didn’t just attend an event, they helped define a new one. Together, participants fueled bold ideas, advanced their future and became part of the inaugural FICP Fuel Forward Exchange.
