Sponsorship sales for the 2027 FICP Fuel Forward Exchange will open on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CDT. 

Sponsorship Information

The following opportunities will be available during the sponsorship sales process. 

Patron Entry – $1,925

  • Includes one (1) registration to the event
  • No sponsor benefits

Silver Sponsor – $4,375

  • Includes two (2) registrations to the event
  • Company name recognition on event website and in event-related materials
  • PowerPoint scroll recognition at main stage

Gold Sponsor – $6,825

  • Includes three (3) registrations to the event
  • Company name recognition on event website and in event-related materials
  • PowerPoint scroll recognition at main stage

 

Additional Information About Attending and Sponsoring the FICP Fuel Forward Exchange:
  • FICP event entries are offered through sponsorship.
  • Only active FICP hospitality partners are permitted to apply for sponsorship and attend FICP events. The fee to become a hospitality partner for 2026 is $455.
  • FICP maintains a balanced supplier-to-buyer ratio at all events. As such, hospitality partner entries for all events are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to demand, FICP events have been known to sell out within a few minutes of sponsorship sales opening. To maximize your chance of securing an entry and attending an event, plan to be ready to apply promptly at 11:00 a.m. CDT on October 1.
  • On October 1, a link to access the application will be posted above. Prior to October 1, all hospitality partners will receive detailed instructions via email on how to submit an application.
  • FICP regularly searches for unique ideas and activations to enhance our events – items that bring “sizzle” or a “wow-factor” to attendees. Various RFPs are conducted to source these needs, and hospitality partners are also invited to share their ideas outside of the RFP period. While FICP may offer sponsorship in return for an in-kind contribution/service, interested parties are still encouraged to submit a sponsorship sales application on October 1.
