Sponsorship sales for the 2026 FICP Strategic Leaders Event open on August 20, 2026. Learn more about the Strategic Leaders Sevent sponsorship levels and pricing on page 9 of the FICP Prospectus.

While this event is organized by and for meetings professionals, FICP is offering an exclusive opportunity for hospitality partners to network with this group during select portions of this program, including a keynote speaker and dinner on December 7 and breakfast and lunch on December 8.

Additional Information About Attending and Sponsoring the FICP Strategic Leaders Event:
  • FICP event entries are offered through sponsorship.
  • Only active FICP hospitality partners are permitted to apply for sponsorship and attend FICP events. The fee to become a hospitality partner for 2026 is $455.
  • FICP maintains a balanced supplier-to-buyer ratio at all events. As such, hospitality partner entries for all events are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to demand, FICP events have been known to sell out within a few minutes of sponsorship sales opening.
  • FICP regularly searches for unique ideas and activations to enhance our events – items that bring “sizzle” or a “wow-factor” to attendees. Various RFPs are conducted to source these needs, and hospitality partners are also invited to share their ideas outside of the RFP period. FICP may offer sponsorship in return for an in-kind contribution/service.
  • If you are affiliated with an FICP-designated Chain Hotel, please contact your GSO/NSO to express interest in attending the FICP Strategic Leaders Event.
