The 2027 FICP Fuel Forward Exchange will be held January 27-28 at The Langham, Boston. The following opportunity is for the event.

Silver Sponsor– $4,375
Company name recognition on event website and in event-related materials

Gold Sponsor – $6,825
Company logo recognition on event website and in event-related materials

FICP reserves the right to close the application process and begin a waitlist at any time.
Navigating the Sponsorship Sales Process:
- FICP event entries are offered through sponsorship.
- Only active FICP hospitality partners are permitted to apply for sponsorship and attend FICP events. The fee to become a hospitality partner is $455.
- FICP maintains a balanced supplier-to-buyer ratio at all events. As such, hospitality partner entries for all events are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to demand, FICP events have been known to sell out within a few minutes of sponsorship sales opening. To maximize your chance of securing an entry and attending the Fuel Forward Exchange, plan to be ready to apply promptly at 11:00 a.m. CDT on October 1.
- Check back for a preview of the application. You will not be required to submit payment when completing the application on October 1.
- If you are affiliated with an FICP-designated Chain Hotel, you are eligible to participate in the sponsorship sales process and attend the FICP Fuel Forward Exchange
- FICP regularly searches for unique ideas and activations to enhance our events – items that bring “sizzle” or a “wow-factor” to attendees. Looking to share your ideas? Complete the Event Enhancement Form to be considered. While FICP may offer sponsorship in return for an in-kind contribution/service, all hospitality partners interested in attending the Fuel Forward Exchange are encouraged to submit a sponsorship sales application on October 1.
