Join Us in Recognizing the Impact of Meetings Professionals Across Our Industry
FICP is proud to introduce Meetings Professionals Week, a new annual initiative dedicated to celebrating the pros behind the plans.
Meetings professionals are more than planners, serving as strategic partners, experience architects and business drivers who shape the moments where relationships are built, ideas are exchanged and organizations move forward. The work they lead influences culture, drives engagement and delivers real business impact.
That impact continues to gain recognition across the financial services and insurance industry. For the third year in a row, organizational leaders have increasingly viewed meetings and events as meaningful, high-value opportunities, reinforcing the growing strategic importance of the work meetings professionals lead.*
Meetings Professionals Week, taking place August 10-14, 2026, is about recognizing meetings professionals — their expertise, leadership and the critical role they play in making meaningful connections happen — while inviting partners, peers and leaders to celebrate alongside us.
