If you're heading to IMEX America, make it a priority in your schedule to connect with fellow FICP meetings professionals and hospitality partners at our informal meetup. We will be gathering on Wednesday, October 8, from 9:00-10:00 a.m. PDT, at the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center in South Pacific J, on the lower level. Enjoy a hot breakfast and coffee on your way to the trade show floor. It’s a perfect opportunity to catch up, network and ease into a busy and productive day in Las Vegas.

Plus, attend the meetup as a meetings professional for a chance to win complimentary registration to the 2025 FICP Annual Conference taking place November 2-5 in Washington, D.C.

This event is open to all meetings professionals in the financial and insurance industry, including non-members. Please see the FICP eligibility requirements here for questions.
