His expertise in navigating the complexities of the aviation industry highlights his dedication to excellence.

Stacie Nerf
Stacie Nerf is a 33-year airline veteran, an 18-year veteran in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) market, and a #deltaproud veteran of 10 years. Stacie’s Delta career started in specialty sales on the MICE team, which is virtually based in Dallas/Fort Worth.
The MICE team, develops, markets and sells all Delta Business Meeting and Events products: Corporate Meetings, Conferences ans Events and SkyTeam Global Meetings.
Stacie holds certifications as a Certified Travel Expert (CTE) and Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC) and currently sits on the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Foundation Board of Trustees. She is also a former member of the Events Industry Council (EIC) Accepted Practices Exchange (APEX) Commission and has served on the Customer Advisory Boards (CAB) of various Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs).

With over 20 years in the travel industry, Elisha Wold has worked as a corporate travel agent, group agent and currently as director of operations and oversees both corporate and group agent teams.

Ashley Talham
Ashley joined Commonwealth in August 2019 as a coordinator in conferences and events and has steadily advanced in her career, earning promotions to senior coordinator in 2021 and planner in 2022. In her current role, she works closely with Commonwealth’s home office staff, a nationwide network of advisors, financial product sponsors, and the firm’s travel agent partner to support the planning and execution of Commonwealth’s conferences and events. She earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in February 2025, further building on her experience and commitment to delivering high-quality events.
Before joining Commonwealth, Ashley was a brand and events specialist and account manager at TransPerfect. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Florida. Ashley lives on Cape Cod, where she enjoys the coastal lifestyle. In her free time, she loves traveling, cooking and spending time on the water boating and fishing. She’s also an avid shellfisher, often clamming, crabbing and gathering oysters to enjoy with her favorite recipes.
