2025 FICP WINTER SYMPOSIUM SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION

2025 FICP Winter Symposium sponsorship sales will open on Thursday, October 17 at 11:00 a.m. CDT.

HOW TO PREPARE:

Can you access your account? Test your log in. You will be required to log in to your account to submit an application. On June 24, 2024, FICP migrated membership portals. If you have not logged in since then, please ensure you set up your account before Thursday, October 17.
Do you see a countdown clock? Please ensure you see a countdown clock below. The clock will only appear once you are logged in. If you do not see a countdown clock, you are not logged in and will not be able to access the application. The application link will appear in place of the clock below at 11:00 a.m. CDT on Thursday, October 17.
Are you renewed for 2024? Visit your FICP profile to view your expiration date.

NOTE: Once you reach the application clock, the system will automatically log you out after 15 minutes regardless of activity level.

Event Information:

The 2025 FICP Winter Symposium will be held January 23-24 at The Logan Philadelphia, Curio Collection by Hilton. The following sponsorship levels are available for the event. More information is available on page eight of the 2025 Sponsorship Prospectus.

Includes one (1) registration to the event
No sponsor benefits

Silver Sponsor – $3,805
Company name recognition on event website and in event-related materials
PowerPoint scroll recognition at main stage
Includes two (2) registrations to the event

Gold Sponsor – $5,970
Company logo recognition on event website and in event-related materials
PowerPoint scroll recognition at main stage
Includes three (3) registrations to the event
