Sponsorship Opportunities

Only qualified and approved hospitality partners who secure sponsorship can attend an FICP event. Each event has a unique sponsorship sale date and time where hospitality partners will submit an application to become a sponsor. Sponsorship is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited. For more information, view the Terms and Conditions for FICP Event Participation.  

Annual Conference
The Annual Conference is a four-day event at which industry peers foster their professional and personal growth through educational offerings and networking activities. A powerful way to build strategic sourcing relationships and generate business opportunities, the FICP Annual Conference features The Network - Live, a dedicated event for conference attendees to meet and connect with hospitality partners. 

Education Forum
The Education Forum is a three-day event featuring various speakers, networking activities, education sessions and occasions to build a peer network of planner members and hospitality partners. Registration is limited to ensure an intimate atmosphere for the most effective business conversations. 

The Symposia are a series of two-day events that offer superior education, a balanced networking environment and the opportunity to experience a first-rate destination. FICP offers three Symposia yearly: winter, summer and fall, held in the northeast U.S., Canada and a third destination that rotates based on the location of other events that year.

Strategic Partnership

The FICP Strategic Partner Program is a year-long program that delivers a high level of exposure in an efficient way, with the capability to drive your revenue by planning a comprehensive strategy for an entire year. Strategic partnership allows FICP to deliver added value to its planner members, hospitality partners and the meetings and events industry at large in the form of industry research, participation in industry events and more. Strategic Partners have guaranteed access to the Education Forum and Annual Conference as well as recognition on the FICP website and inclusion in FICP marketing materials such as NewsNet and the Membership Directory. Each year, FICP publishes a comprehensive Membership Directory and an Annual Conference Photo Directory which includes detailed contact information for planner members and hospitality partners. In addition to the directory listing recognition, FICP offers directory and website advertisement opportunities to hospitality partners.
