Whether you're responding to an upcoming RFP or have a creative idea to enhance an FICP event, we want to hear from you. There are two ways to share your ideas and get involved with FICP.

Have an innovative activation, attendee experience or event enhancement that would make an FICP event even more memorable? We welcome proactive proposals year-round, even when a formal RFP isn't open. Selected concepts may also be considered for sponsorship opportunities tied to in-kind contributions or services.

Please note: This form is intended for event enhancement and proposal ideas only. Speaker recommendations should not be submitted through this form and should instead be shared in response to applicable speaker RFPs.

Throughout the year, FICP releases Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for a variety of event needs, including venues, keynote speakers, audiovisual services, destination management companies (DMCs), event enhancements and more. Please email Ellie Hurley for further information.
