Apply for Partnership
All those applying to be an FICP hospitality partner should have a clearly-defined marketing focus on providing upscale meetings and incentive programs to financial services and insurance companies. Hospitality partner status within FICP is available to suppliers serving the financial and insurance industry, only if the company’s services qualify under one of the category definitions listed here.
Not Eligible: Companies that do not qualify under the definitions listed at the above link include third-party incentive houses, giftware companies and conference centers without sleeping accommodations. FICP defines a third-party incentive house as any company that provides the full complement of tools necessary for complete program operations including design, sourcing, operation, billing and post-program reporting and analytics.
Note: Qualified and approved hospitality partners are not members of the association; however, they are eligible to participate in the Annual Conference, Education Forum, Symposia and Seminar sponsorship sales processes.
Hospitality partner status is individually based. Annual fees of $395 USD cover the calendar year, January 1 through December 31, regardless of start date. Hospitality partner status is not activated until eligibility is verified and fees are paid in full. A refund will be issued if an application is not approved. Fees are non-refundable once an application for hospitality partner status or renewal has been accepted.
If you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive an on screen notification and an email confirmation. Your application will then be reviewed by FICP Headquarters and you will be notified when you are officially approved within 5 business days.

Only qualified and approved hospitality partners who secure sponsorship can attend an FICP event. Each event has a unique sponsorship sale date and time where hospitality partners will submit an application to become a sponsor. Sponsorship applications are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and usually sell out within minutes. Click here to learn more about the sponsorship program.
