As the science and situation has evolved, so has FICP’s health and safety requirements.

As of October 6, 2022, FICP will not require proof of vaccination for COVID-19 or a negative test in order to attend the 2022 Annual Conference. We encourage those that would prefer to wear a mask to do so, but there will be no mask requirement for those in attendance of the event.

FICP will continue to uphold measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment, including providing access to hand sanitizer and masks for those who wish to wear one, and encouraging attendees to follow basic measures such as washing their hands and not attending the event if they feel in any way unwell.

For those that require a negative test to travel from the Annual Conference to your next destination, please be sure to bring the appropriate test with you to Boston or go to one of the many local pharmacies in Boston. The closet pharmacy is a CVS that is 0.5 miles away – an 11-minute walk – from the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.

This updated health and safety approach applies to all in-person meetings professionals, hospitality partners, sponsors, speakers and staff, and is subject to change based on local guidance. FICP will communicate any changes to all registered attendees and update this page accordingly.

If you have any questions about the 2022 FICP Annual Conference health and safety approach, please reach out to FICP Headquarters at or +1 312-245-1023.
