In order to attend any FICP event, you must secure a spot through the online sponsorship sales process. Sponsorship sales for the 2026 FICP Education Forum will open on January 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Because entries are limited, FICP events have been known to sell out within a few minutes of sponsorship sales opening. To maximize your chance of securing an entry and attending the Education Forum, plan to be ready to apply promptly at 11:00 a.m. CST on February 19. Please review the FICP Prospectus for full information on this process and the available opportunities.
If you are affiliated with an FICP-designated Chain Hotel, please contact your GSO/NSO to express interest in attending the FICP Education Forum.

Event Cancellation Policy
Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which FICP determines would make the event impractical or impossible to hold. If FICP cancels an event, FICP will refund registration fees or allow transfer to a virtual event if applicable. Participant understands that all losses and damages that it may suffer as a consequence of a Show Adjustment or cancellation are its responsibility and not that of FICP or its directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors. Except for the Show cancellation refund, Participant understands that it may lose all monies it has otherwise incurred for FICP, including travel, lodging, etc.
