In order to attend any FICP event, you must secure a spot through the online sponsorship sales process. Sponsorship sales for the 2024 FICP Education Forum opened on January 25, 2024. Learn more.

If you are an FICP Chain Hotel, please work with your GSO/NSO contact. Learn more about Chain Hotel sales eligibility.

Justify Your Attendance

The Education Forum is a highly valuable, immersive learning experience. You'll walk away with applicable takeaways from sessions and inspirations from the event to bring back to your organization.

Download this request for approval template to help make the case for why attending the Education Forum will be valuable for your organization and how much of an investment it would be.

Meetings Professional Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Meetings professional registration cancellations made on or before Friday, April 19, 2024, will receive a full refund for the registration fee, less a $100 processing fee. Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Sponsorships may not be cancelled. Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. All substitutions must be FICP Hospitality Partners approved by FICP. For more information, view the FICP Terms and Conditions for Event Participation.

Event Cancellation Policy

Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which FICP determines would make the event impractical or impossible to hold. If FICP cancels an event, FICP will refund registration fees or allow transfer to a virtual event if applicable. Participant understands that all losses and damages that it may suffer as a consequence of a Show Adjustment or cancellation are its responsibility and not that of FICP or its directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors. Except for the Show cancellation refund, Participant understands that it may lose all monies it has otherwise incurred for FICP, including travel, lodging, etc.
