Meetings Professionals Members

This event is intended for the most senior management professional(s)** within a company's meeting planning department, with at least 10 years of meetings management experience, who currently oversee meeting planning functions (along with staffing, budget and policy responsibilities).

^**If your company is structured in a way that has multiple strategic leaders, up to two attendees per company may participate provided both meet the eligibility criteria.

Hospitality Partners

In order to attend any FICP event, hospitality partners must secure attendance through the online sponsorship sales process. Sales for the 2025 FICP Strategic Leaders Event* will open on August 21. More information is available on page 9 of the Sponsorship Prospectus.  

*The Strategic Leaders Event is organized by and for meetings professionals, and FICP is pleased to offer an exclusive opportunity for hospitality partners to network with this group over a dinner reception and breakfast. Hospitality partner participation does not include education sessions.

Transportation

Parking

Valet service is offered at $60 per vehicle. The hotel offers electric car charging stations in the on-site parking garage.
