Registration Eligibility

Applications will be reviewed by FICP, and strategic leaders will be notified within one week of their acceptance to attend the event. 

Application Criteria 

  • 10 years or more of meetings management experience (must include at least 10 years of people management experience)
  • Current job responsibilities include oversight of meeting planning functions (along with staffing, budget and policy responsibilities)
  • This event is intended for the most senior management professional within a company's meeting planning department. There is a limit of 1 attendee per company. However, attendees may be accepted from both a parent company and subsidiary.

Meetings Professional Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Meetings Professional registration cancellations made on or before Friday, November 2, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, November 2, 2018. All substitutions must be approved by FICP. Registrations may not be transferred to other FICP events.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after 4:00 pm hotel time, three days prior to arrival, the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes. Credit card is required at the time of booking. Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.

For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until set cancellation time per the rules of the reservation. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.
