Sponsorship sales for the 2026 FICP Education Forum open on February 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Learn more about the Education Forum sponsorship levels and pricing on page 6 of the FICP Prospectus.

Additional Information About Attending and Sponsoring the FICP Education Forum:

• FICP event entries are offered through sponsorship.
• Only active FICP hospitality partners are permitted to apply for sponsorship and attend FICP events. The fee to become a hospitality partner for 2026 is $455.
• FICP maintains a balanced supplier-to-buyer ratio at all events. As such, hospitality partner entries for all events are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Because entries are limited, FICP events have been known to sell out within a few minutes of sponsorship sales opening. To maximize your chance of securing an entry and attending the Education Forum, plan to be ready to apply promptly at 11:00 a.m. CST on February 19.
• On February 19, a link to access the application will be posted above. Prior to February 19, all hospitality partners will receive detailed instructions via email on how to submit an application.
• If you are affiliated with an FICP-designated Chain Hotel, please contact your GSO/NSO to express interest in attending the FICP Education Forum.
