Meetings professional member registration for the 2019 FICP Winter Symposium will open on October 31, 2018. Non-members may attend one (1) FICP Symposia per year. Non-members interested in attending should contact FICP at (312) 245-1023.
Hospitality partners: In order to attend any FICP event, you must secure a spot through the online sales process. Sponsorship for the 2019 Winter Symposium went on sale on October 25. Please contact email@example.com to be added to the waitlist. Learn more about sponsorship levels.

Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Meetings Professional registration cancellations made on or before January 4, 2019 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 4, 2019. All substitutions must be approved by FICP. Registrations may not be transferred to other FICP events.
Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Sponsorships are not cancellable. Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is permitted, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation fee with less than 72 hour notice is one night’s room cost, plus tax.
