Meetings professional member registration for the 2018 FICP Winter Symposium is now closed.
Non-members may attend one (1) FICP Symposia per year. Non-members interested in attending should contact FICP at (312) 245-1023.
Hospitality partners: In order to attend any FICP event, you must secure a spot through the online sales process. Sales for the 2018 Winter Symposium will open Thursday, October 26 at 11:00 A.M. CT. Hospitality Partners: Registration fees are included with most sponsorship packages.
Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Sponsorships are not cancelable. Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservation must be cancelled by 3 days prior to arrival at 4:00 p.m. or a charge of 1 night’s room and tax will apply. A valid credit card must be used to guarantee this reservation. Payment collected at the hotel.
