Meetings professional registration is now open! Plan ahead and utilize this customizable justification letter to gain approval to attend.
Registration for the FICP Education Forum requires prior approval. Meetings professional members are pre-approved. All others must qualify for the event. Non-members interested in attending are invited to join FICP. Review our membership qualifications and join online here.
Hospitality Partners: In order to attend any FICP event, you must secure a spot through the online sales process. Please note: Education Forum sponsorship sales took place Thursday, February 13 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Contact email@example.com with questions or to be added to the waitlist.

Meetings Professional Registration Fee (by May 8): $400
Meetings Professional Registration Fee (after May 8): $500
Meetings Professional Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Meetings professional registration cancellations made on or before May 8 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 8. All substitutions must be approved by FICP. Registrations may not be transferred to other FICP events.
Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Sponsorships may not be cancelled. Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. All substitutions must be FICP Hospitality Partners approved by FICP. For more information, view the Terms & Conditions.

How to Secure a Room Reservation
Instructions on how to book your hotel room will be included in your registration confirmation email.
Please note: rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel cutoff date is May 27, 2020, or whenever rooms sell out – whichever occurs first.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged a one night room and tax penalty.
