Registration Eligibility

Meetings Professionals: All current, dues-paying FICP members are pre-approved for registration. Non-members interested in attending are invited to join FICP. Please note, trial members are not eligible to register, as trial membership expires July 31, 2021. Review our membership qualifications and join online here.

Hospitality Partners: In order to attend any FICP event, you must secure a spot through the online sales process. Sponsorship sales for the 2021 Annual Conference opened on April 29, 2021. Please contact if you are interested in attending.

Hospitality Partner Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. All substitutions must be FICP Hospitality Partners approved by FICP. For more information, view the Terms & Conditions.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel reservations require a deposit equal to (1) one night’s room and tax. The deposit will be refunded provided the guest cancels at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Event Cancellation Policy

Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which FICP determines would make the event impractical or impossible to hold. If FICP cancels an event, FICP will refund registration fees or allow transfer to a virtual event if applicable.  Participant understands that all losses and damages that it may suffer as a consequence of a Show Adjustment or cancellation are its responsibility and not that of FICP or its directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors. Except for the Show cancellation refund, Participant understands that it may lose all monies it has otherwise incurred for FICP, including travel, lodging, etc.
