Registration for the FICP Annual Conference requires prior approval. Meetings professional members are pre-approved. All others must qualify for the event. Non-members interested in attending are invited to join FICP. Please note, trial members are not eligible to register, as trial membership expires September 1, 2020. Meetings Professional Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Special consideration for 2020: Meetings professional registration cancellations made on or before November 6, 2020, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 6, 2020. All substitutions must be approved by FICP. Registrations may not be transferred to other FICP events.
Hospitality Partner Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy
In light of the business impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the following revised refund policy will apply for 2020 Annual Conference participation: All sponsorships may be cancelled for a full refund if submitted in writing prior to September 1, 2020.
Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. All substitutions must be FICP Hospitality Partners approved by FICP. For more information, view the Terms & Conditions.

Please note: rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel cutoff date is October 16, or whenever rooms sell out - whichever occurs first.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel reservations require a deposit equal to (1) one night’s room and tax. The deposit will be refunded provided the guest cancels at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Event Cancellation Policy
Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which FICP determines would make the event impractical or impossible to hold. If FICP cancels an event, FICP will refund registration fees or allow transfer to a virtual event if applicable. FICP will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
