Registration for the FICP Annual Conference requires prior approval. All attendees must qualify for the event.

Register as a group and save! Companies will receive one complimentary registration for every four paid registrants. This special offer is specific to meetings professionals. Once the first four meetings professionals have completed their registration, please reach out to to have your fifth meetings professional register at no cost. Have eight paid registrants? You’ll receive two complimentary passes.


Meetings Professional Member 2-Day Pass

Note: There must be at least one other full conference registrant from your company in order to be eligible for this abbreviated pass. This is a one-time offer that is available because the Annual Conference is being held in Boston - an area of density for FICP - and while the industry is still in a recovery period.

Cancellation & Substitution Policies

Meetings Professional Registration

Meetings professional registration cancellations made on or before October 14 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 14. All substitutions must be approved by FICP. Registrations may not be transferred to other FICP events.

Hospitality Partner Sponsorship

Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. All substitutions must be FICP Hospitality Partners approved by FICP. For more information, view the Terms & Conditions.

How to Secure a Room Reservation

Instructions on how to book your hotel room will be included in your registration confirmation email. Please book through your unique FICP reservation link to secure our discounted rate.

Please note: Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel cutoff date has been extended to November 2, 2022, or whenever rooms sell out – whichever occurs first.

Event Cancellation Policy

Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which FICP determines would make the event impractical or impossible to hold. If FICP cancels an event, FICP will refund registration fees or allow transfer to a virtual event if applicable. Participant understands that all losses and damages that it may suffer as a consequence of a Show Adjustment or cancellation are its responsibility and not that of FICP or its directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors. Except for the Show cancellation refund, Participant understands that it may lose all monies it has otherwise incurred for FICP, including travel, lodging, etc.
