Registration Eligibility

Meetings professional member registration for the 2023 FICP Canadian Seminar is now open. Non-member meetings professionals may attend one (1) FICP Symposia per year. Non-member meetings professionals interested in attending should contact FICP Headquarters.

Sponsorship sales for the 2023 FICP Canadian Seminar opened on Thursday, March 30, at 11:00 a.m. CDT. Please review page 8 of the 2023 Sponsorship Prospectus for available opportunities.

Registration Information 

Meetings Professional Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Meetings professional registration cancellations made on or before July 22, 2023 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 22, 2023. All substitutions must be approved by FICP. Registrations may not be transferred to other FICP events.

Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Sponsorships are not cancelable. Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place, provided that they are employed within that same company and active FICP hospitality partners. All substitutions must be FICP hospitality partners approved by FICP. For more information, view the Terms & Conditions.

How to Secure a Room Reservation

The Park Hyatt is holding a limited number of hotel rooms as a courtesy block for us. The room rate is $395 CAD. Rooms are being held until July 14, or until the courtesy block runs out, whichever comes first. Instructions for booking within the courtesy block will be included in your registration confirmation.

Please note: rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel cutoff date has past, but the hotel is still accepting reservations for us. 

Event Cancellation Policy

Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which FICP determines would make the event impractical or impossible to hold. If FICP cancels an event, FICP will refund registration fees or allow transfer to a virtual event if applicable. Participant understands that all losses and damages that it may suffer as a consequence of a Show Adjustment or cancellation are its responsibility and not that of FICP or its directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors. Except for the Show cancellation refund, Participant understands that it may lose all monies it has otherwise incurred for FICP, including travel, lodging, etc.
