DEADLINE TO REGISTER: MONDAY, JULY 14, 2008
The registration fee for the FICP Canadian Chapter Meeting is $150.00 CDN for planner members and non-members. This fee includes the following:
- VIA-Rail transportation. Complimentary only for these dates and times:
- Departs Toronto to Ottawa on Train 40
at 06:55am Thursday, August 21
- Returns from Ottawa to Toronto on Train 45
at 12:36pm Saturday, August 23
- One guest room for two nights (August 21 & 22) at the host hotel, the Hilton Lac Leamy, Gatineau-Ottawa, Quebec
- All meals during conference
- All business sessions
- All conference material
- Networking event on the Friday afternoon

Extend Your Stay!
If you would like to extend your stay 3 days prior or post at the Hilton Lac Leamy ($215.00 per room per night single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes), indicate your check-in and check-out dates when you register.

- You are responsible for ground or air needs if your schedule conflicts with the provided transportation.
