Registration for the 2019 FICP Fall Symposium is no longer available. 

Meetings professional member registration for the 2019 FICP Fall Symposium will opened May 7, 2019. Non-members may attend one (1) FICP Symposia per year. Non-members interested in attending should contact FICP at (312) 245-1023.

Hospitality Partners: Sponsorship sales for the 2019 FICP Fall Symposium have closed. 

Registration Information

Meetings Professional Registration Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Meetings Professional registration cancellations made on or before August 23, 2019 received a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds were issued for cancellations received after August 23, 2019. All substitutions must be approved by FICP. Registrations may not be transferred to other FICP events.

Sponsorship Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Sponsorships cannot be cancelled. Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place, provided that they are employed within that same company. All substitutions must be FICP hospitality partners approved by FICP. For more information, view the FICP Terms and Conditions for Event Participation.

The group rate is available based on availability on shoulder dates.

How to Secure a Room Reservation
