Panelist Biographies:
James W. Hensley started in the travel industry in 1972. From 1972 through 1981, he worked with an incentive company based in Chicago. In 1981, Jim formed his own marketing consulting business while in Chicago, and Allied Travel France was listed among his clients at the time. In 1989 he purchased Allied Travel France and devoted all of his time to the destination management business. Under his guidance, Allied Travel France became Allied Europe and he has expanded the business from one office, in Paris to 7 today, which are located in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Monaco and Dubai. In 2007 Allied acquired PRA Destination Management, Inc. in the U.S. and Allied International was formed and became the parent company of Allied Europe, Allied Arabia & PRA with offices now on 3 continents – 7 countries - 27 destinations
Natalie Restorick started her travel and tourism career in 1997 as a sales and marketing assistant with the pre-opening of a Starwood property in Malta. In 1999 she joined the Hilton brand as a Sales Executive, and once again worked on a pre-opening, responsible for the international conference and incentive market. In 2002 Natalie joined InterContinental Malta as Sales Manager looking after both the Conference & Incentive and Leisure/Wholesale business for Europe. In 2006 she was promoted to her current position of Conference & Banqueting Sales Director where she manages a team of five people looking after Worldwide Conference and Incentive business.

Moderator Biography:
Kim Boriin is the Senior Event Marketing Specialist with Guardian Investor Services LLC, New York, New York. Kim joined Guardian in 2001. He manages NASD compliant educational sales meetings. Besides meetings Kim manages spending for the Sales and Marketing team. He also offers sales etiquette training to the internal sales force having spent 17 years in the hospitality industry prior to joining Guardian.
