Planner member registration for the 2017 FICP Summer Symposium is open. Non-member planners may attend one (1) FICP Symposia per year.
Hospitality Partners: In order to attend any FICP event, you must secure a spot through the online sales process. Sales for the 2017 Summer Symposium took place April 6 at 11:00 A.M. CT. Planner Registration Fee: $200
Planner Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Planner registration cancellations made on or before Friday, July 28 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, July 28. All substitutions must be approved by FICP. Registrations may not be transferred to other FICP events.
Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Sponsorships are not cancelable. Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. All substitutions must be FICP hospitality partners approved by FICP. For more information, view the FICP Terms and Conditions for Event Participation.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each guests reservation. Full refund of this deposit will be given to cancellations received until 24 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

The FICP Summer Symposium will be held at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel in Toronto, ON, Canada. Housing instructions are provided through the registration confirmation.
