Call for Hospitality Partner Mentors

FICP is currently seeking additional mentors to serve as a resource for the hospitality partner community. The program focuses on assisting new and existing hospitality partners with their transition into FICP, and is designed to educate new hospitality partners on how to maximize the value of their affiliation with FICP and provide them with industry expertise. We want to ensure that knowledge is being shared beyond in-person events, thereby increasing overall professional development.
If you are interested in serving as a mentor, please click here to submit a Call for Mentor form. Additional details, including a webinar outlining the program and expectations, will be provided to all new mentors.  We hope you take advantage of this great opportunity to enhance your engagement with FICP. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly Sherrard directly at

Bidding for the Silent Auction to Open October 1 – Still Accepting Donations

FICP is currently seeking donations, large and small, for this year's silent auction. Memorabilia, vacation packages, tickets to sporting events, local gifts and gift cards offer immense value and enhance the auction, in turn enhancing our charitable contribution. A successful auction offers something for everyone, so be creative with your donation!

Please note: The silent auction is open to all FICP planner members and hospitality partners. You do not have to attend the 2015 FICP Annual Conference to donate or bid on items.

Bidding will open on Thursday, October 1 so be sure to get your donations in right away!

How to Donate

Simply access the online donation form and upload a picture of your item and company logo. If possible, please consider limiting the blackout dates of your donation or extending the expiration date through the end of 2016 to encourage interest. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Visit the Silent Auction website.
  2. Click the "Donate Items" button on the left-hand side of the page.
  3. If you made a donation or bid on items last year, log in using your existing login information. If you do not remember your login information or are new to the site, register as a new user. Please note: Your login for the auction website is not the same as your login for the FICP website.
  4. Once you have completed the online form, your donation will be visible on the site, pending review.

FICP is always looking to package similar items based on theme or destination to increase value. If you are interested in creating a package, please contact Kelly Sherrard.

After submitting your donation, please mail the hard copy certificate or appropriate materials to FICP HQ at the address listed below. All donations must be received by November 1.
