December 2015

As 2015 comes to a close, FICP would like to thank our planner members and hospitality partners for another great year! From Boston to the Bahamas, our events helped expand professional knowledge and presented opportunities to participate in one-of-a-kind experiences (remember that cruise ship?).

We look forward to a 2016 filled with more unique and valuable experiences for all.

How to Renew

Simply log into the FICP website and click on "My Transactions" to access your invoice. Renew now to ensure uninterrupted access to FICP’s top-notch networking (including TheNetwork).

FICP offers a $50 discount on an individual's membership dues for companies with five or more renewing members. This discount will automatically be applied to each invoice and is not applicable to corporate flat-rate participants.
Planners Corporate Flat-Rate Incentive
For a flat rate of $2,250 USD, companies may include up to 25 planner memberships for the year. This includes additional planners that are hired by the company in 2016. If your company is interested in participating, please complete the corporate member renewal form and return it to Kelly Sherrard at FICP Headquarters.
Please note: These renewals are managed by the company's primary contact and processed through one corporate invoice. Planner members from companies currently participating in the corporate flat-rate will not receive an individual renewal invoice for 2016.

Annual Conference Wrap-Up

The 2015 FICP Annual Conference was a great success, drawing more than 600 planners and hospitality partners to the beautiful Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas, where attendees chose from an array of education, including three captivating keynote presentations. Leading off the conference was industry favorite Michael Dominguez, who discussed the state of the industry, economic concerns and trends to anticipate in the coming years. Sally Hogshead captured attendees’ attention on Tuesday with her keynote address, “The Fascination Advantage: Unlocking Your Personality’s Natural, Hardwired Advantages,” which explored the science of fascination as it relates to personal branding. Wednesday’s closing keynote, Jearlyn Steele, delivered an impactful presentation, where she examined the importance of passion and purpose in everyday life.

Additionally, attendees participated in a unique cruise ship experience, and enjoyed several networking events, including The Network -  Live. View our event wrap-up page for more details.

Check out the FICP Flicker page for all photos from the event.
