  • Hospitality Partner Registration Fee: $399
    • No need to contact the FICP sponsorship team to coordinate
    • Hospitality partner participation is NOT capped
    • Sponsors that had not previously secured an entry are welcome to join
    • Multiple hospitality partners from the same company are welcome to participate by registering individually at the $399 rate; a group sponsorship is not required

    • FICP: Reimagined is only open to current members and partners of FICP

Registration Eligibility

Registration for FICP: Reimagined requires prior approval. Meetings professional members are pre-approved. All others must qualify for the event. Non-members interested in attending are invited to join FICP. Review our membership qualifications and join online here.

Please note, trial members may only register after renewing, as trial memberships expire September 1, 2020. Trial members, please contact to renew your membership before registering.

Hospitality Partners: All current, fees-paying FICP hospitality partners are eligible to participate. If you or your parent company has purchased a sponsorship, a discount code is required to redeem your pre-paid registration allotment. You will be prompted to enter this discount code once you get to the payment page (please make sure you are logged in to your MyFICP account). Meetings Professional Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Due to the nature of the virtual format, refunds are not permitted. All purchases are final. Recorded content will be available to all registrants for 30 days post-event. All requests for substitutions must be made via email to and approved by FICP.

Hospitality Partner Sponsorship Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Sponsors are obligated to fulfill the minimum number of registrations for their sponsorship level. Registrants who are unable to attend may designate another person to attend in their place provided that they are employed within that same company. All substitutions must be FICP Hospitality Partners approved by FICP.  Once a sponsor has committed to a sponsorship for FICP: Reimagined and paid in full, due to the nature of the virtual format, refunds are not permitted. Event Cancellation Policy

FICP reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which FICP determines would make the event impractical or impossible to hold. If FICP cancels an event, FICP will refund registration fees or allow transfer to another event, if applicable. FICP will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
