Why use the Online Exchange?
If you are a meeting planner:
- Find meeting planners who have previous experience with meeting resources you may be considering
- Share your opinions about event elements you have used (e.g. DMCs, speakers, entertainers)
The Online Exchange is only as powerful as the data contained within it. FICP planner members are encouraged to add recent and future meeting information to the tool.
If you are a hospitality partner:
- Identify the business needs of meeting planners
- Learn where your specific services may be beneficial to FICP meeting planners

How does this differ from the Directories?
The Planner Member Directory contains information about the general meeting preferences and needs of meeting planners. (This is also where meeting planners update their directory profile.)
The Hospitality Partner Directory holds information about the capabilities of hospitality partners. (This is also where hospitality partners update their directory profile.)
The Online Exchange holds specific information about past, present and future meeting needs and resources of meeting planners.
