2016 FICP Education Forum: Planner Registration Update

The 2016 FICP Education Forum will provide planner members and hospitality partners the opportunity to customize their educational experience. Taking place at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, June 22-24, this is also an excellent opportunity to site a beautiful and popular meeting location.

Planner registration for this hotly-anticipated event will open the week of March 28. Registration is expected to sell out quickly.


Summer and Fall Symposia Sales: Thursday, April 7

Summer and Fall Symposia sales will open Thursday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m. CDT. To learn more about the remaining 2016 sponsorship sales dates, click here. The Symposia are a series of two-day events that offer superior education, a balanced networking environment and the opportunity to experience a first-rate destination. The Summer Symposia will be at the InterContinental Toronto Centre, in Toronto, Ontario: the fourth-largest city in North America. The Fall Symposia will be held at the Fairmont Banff Springs in picturesque Banff, Alberta, Canada.

Advertise with FICP

FICP offers several opportunities for hospitality partners to advertise to the planner community. 

2016 FICP Directory
The 2016 FICP Directory will be published and distributed to more than 1,400 FICP Planner Members and Hospitality Partners this June. Advertising commitments must be received by FICP Headquarters by Friday, March 25 and materials must be submitted no later than Friday, April 15. If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact FICP Relationship Manager Jack Gage. Positions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Annual Conference Photo Directory
This highly-anticipated printed piece is distributed at the Annual Conference to more than 600 planner and hospitality partner attendees.  Space reservations & materials are due Friday, October 14. Complete the advertising agreement on or before this date and send to Jana Dinham.


Become an FICP Contributor

FICP members have shared that they learn best from each other’s experiences. Be an active part of the community and share your own story at an upcoming FICP event. The 2016 Call for Speakers is now open, with opportunities for planners and hospitality partners to present on evening event creativity, keeping attendees engaged post-event, meetings technology and more.
