BOARD OF DIRECTORS & DESIGN TEAM MEETINGS

The Board of Directors meets periodically during the year to discuss association business. Additionally, FICP relies on planner members as volunteers to help plan the Annual Conference as well as the Education Forum. Each Design Team meets at least one time per year. Typical sponsorship items include, but are not limited to the following: airport transfers, breakfast, lunch, breaks, dinner, and entertainment.

Sponsorships of Board of Directors or Design Team Meetings are cumulative toward the Education Forum and Annual Conference. These sponsorships are not cumulative toward Regional Meetings.

For every sponsorship of a Board of Directors or Design Team Meeting (on a cumulative basis) you will receive one Bronze Level sponsor spot at the the event of your choice (be sure to review the Sponsor Recognition Program levels for the values and benefits and fees required under each level). The sponsor/host must provide an invoice/bill to FICP Headquarters showing the value of the sponsorship for tracking.
