In the hospitality industry, the FICP Annual Conference is recognized as the top event of the year for networking with the meeting planners who are decision makers in the insurance and financial fields. FICP offers a Sponsorship Program, open to all hospitality partners, providing recognition at many levels.
The Annual Conference Opportunities Grid outlines the items/events that are available for purchase at the FICP Annual Conference. Acknowledgment of a sponsor is based on the level of financial contribution. The Annual Conference Sponsorship Program also offers hospitality partners an opportunity to attend the Annual Conference.
Sponsorship items/events are determined by the Design Team based on the program created. The following were taken into consideration when determining the available sponsorships: educational content, networking opportunities, keynote and breakout speakers, local venues, and conference theme.
FICP accepts sponsorship commitments following the selection process but information is released as early as possible the previous year in order to accommodate budget planning processes. Please note that once a Sponsorship Agreement has been signed, the Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. Sponsorships are determined on first-come, first-serve basis and all interested hospitality partners must complete the Application (you must be logged in as a hospitality partner to download) and fax it to 312-673-6734.
