The FICP Education Forum is a three-day workshop featuring various speakers, networking events, breakout sessions and occasions to build a peer network of planner members and hospitality partners. FICP offers a Sponsorship Program, open to all hospitality partners, providing tiered acknowledgment. The Education Forum Opportunities Grid outlines the items/events that are available for purchase at the FICP Education Forum in June. Acknowledgment is based on the level of financial contribution. The Education Forum Sponsorship Program also offers hospitality partners an opportunity to attend the Education Forum. Sponsorship items/events are determined by the Design Team based on the program created. The following were taken into consideration when determining the available sponsorships: educational content, networking opportunities, keynote and breakout speakers, local venues, and conference theme.
Please note that once a Sponsorship Agreement has been signed, the Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. Sponsorships are determined on first-come, first-serve basis and all interested hospitality partners must complete the online application.
