FICP is now offering a special membership package for companies, whose meetings/conference departments have five (5), or more, planners renewing or joining the association together. The corporate membership is designed to encourage more planners to take part in the events, education, and resources that FICP has to offer.
Corporate Membership Discount Rules and Regulations
- The membership discount program applies to meeting planner applicants and current meeting planner members only. All renewing members must update their on-line profiles, and any new members joining for the first time from a company must still fill out a new planner application. DO NOT pay for membership under individual profiles but submit a single payment (download and submit a Corporate Membership Discount Form) for all planners.
- All members receiving the discount must work for the same company (same company name); employees of affiliate companies are eligible under separate organizations (affiliate companies that do business under different names must apply separately). Discounts cannot be combined.
- Discounts do apply to companies with planners in multiple offices and/or locations (as long as the company name is the same across offices and/or locations). Individual planner members who join under corporate membership will be listed together under the same company name.
- All memberships must be paid for at the same time with one payment; payments must be accompanied by a completed Corporate Membership Discount Form, below.
- If additional memberships are purchased after the initial discount is applied, no refunds will be issued and no credits apply. Dues for additional members, however, will be determined by the total number of members within the company to date (ie. if a company already has five planners who joined under the Corporate Membership, any additional planners from the same company who join after that time will only have to pay $150.00 USD in dues).
