Planner Eligibility
FICP member and non-member planners are eligible to attend the upcoming regional meeting.
Registration Fees:
— FICP Member: $125.00 USD
— Non-Member: $150.00 USD
Program Inclusions:
— 2 nights room and tax
— All meetings and meals specified in the Meeting Agenda
— Valuable networking time with your peers and hospitality partners!
Hospitality Partners Eligibility
FICP Hospitality Partners are eligible to attend the upcoming regional meeting. To attend the meeting, please review the options below:
1) Recruit a meeting planner to attend the conference (have the planner input your name into their registration)
2) Waiting list – Please email bnelson@nfp.com with your request to attend the meeting and your name will be added to an ongoing list. If we have more meeting planners than suppliers, you will be contacted either with a confirmation or a notification that the meeting is at capacity.
Registration Fees:
— Invited Hospitality Partner: $850.00 USD
— Sponsoring Hospitality Partner: per sponsor agreement

— Valuable networking time with seasoned Meeting Professionals!
The cut-off date for registration is Friday, December 19. No refunds will be issued after this date.
