In addition, you'll have ample opportunity to network with our sponsoring hospitality partners as well as meet other area meeting planners in the insurance and financial services industries. Registration fee for planner members is $75.00 USD which includes educational sessions, hotel room on Thursday night, planned activities and all planned meals. Planner non-members are invited to attend for $325, which includes FICP membership for one year.
Your registration fee includes the hotel room for Thursday evening (March 29, 2012). Should you wish to arrive to the hotel earlier or extend your stay after the meeting, there is a limited amount of special discounted rates available.
The cut-off date for registration is March 9, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date.

GIVING BACK
The Southeast Region Meeting is proud to partner with Aflac Cancer Center in Atlanta as the charity for this meeting. The Aflac Cancer Center serves three hospitals in the greater Atlanta area. Attendees are asked to donate items for the Center including DVDs, video games, or gift cards to Target, Walmart, CVS and Walgreens. All denominations are accepted.
