Dan Young, FICP’s Vice President, Membership, served as moderator for the 2008 FICP Education Forum. Dan’s 24 years of industry experience, and his role as director of Event Planning for Thrivent Financial, provide an outstanding example of the leadership skills needed to manage events and staff. From working independently to leading a team to coordinating small corporate events and planning major off-shore incentive conferences, Dan has proven he has what it takes to succeed.
