Pre-Recording Information
Pre-recording your session alleviates any technical or tactical issues that arise during virtual live events (i.e. loss of or poor internet connection, poor audio, dogs barking, etc.). Thank you for taking the time to ensure a seamless session and successful event!
Recording Logistics
- Sarah Logan (FICP Education Associate) will be on the line to help with any technical questions and to start the recording.
- A pre-recorded session is NOT a rehearsal. Practice running through your session before the recording.
- Your session time includes Q&A. Be aware of your timeframe when recording— refer to your pre-recording calendar invite for the ideal recording length.
- Review the Tips for Recording Virtual Presentations. This document will walk through how to sound and look your best and much more!
- Session recordings will take place on Zoom.
