Highlighting leadership skills applicable at all levels of experience, this year's FICP Education Forum featured speakers such as Vicky Betzig, the Disney Institute, Tom McDonald, Rick Whelan, and Tim Stark (of Penton Media).
Dan Young, FICP’s Vice President of Membership, acted as moderator for the 2008 FICP Education Forum. Dan’s 24 years of industry experience, and his role as director of Event Planning for Thrivent Financial, provide an outstanding example of the leadership skills needed to manage events and staff. From working independently to leading a team and from coordinating small corporate events to planning major off-shore incentive conferences, Dan has proven he has what it takes to succeed.
