This committee is comprised of meeting planners, hospitality partners who are presently involved with the host hotel, the host location or the Hospitality Partner Committee, and FICP Staff who are committed to designing a Forum program that meets the needs of the current membership as well as showcases the host hotel and location.
This team meets for a two-day intense brainstorming session and works with the Vice President, Education and staff to determine the direction of the Forum, create the meeting theme, develop tentative program design and ideas for content and speakers, and work on new networking ideas. This committee only meets once but the design team members oversee implementation of Forum plans and policies.
