We are pleased to announce that the meeting will be held Sunday, July 29 through Tuesday, July 31 at The Woodstock Inn & Resort. Our design team is once again busy working on an exciting agenda that will include educational presentations, guest speakers, entertainment and much more. In addition, you'll have ample opportunity to network with our sponsoring hospitality partners as well as meet other area meeting planners in the insurance and financial services industries. We hope you'll join us!
We'd like to extend a special "Thank You" to all our sponsors who have helped to make this event possible, in particular The Woodstock Inn & Resort.
Registration fee for planner members is $100.00 USD which includes business sessions, hotel room on Sunday and Monday nights, planned activities and all planned meals. Planner non-members are invited to attend for $125.00.

Please register no later than Friday, July 13, 2007. Any cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
Extend Your Stay!
The Woodstock Inn & Resort would like to offer all FICP participants the opportunity to extend their stay with us either before or after the conference. Rooms are available for $155 per night over the dates of July 27, 28, 31 and August 1. Please note reservations are based on availability. Be sure to indicate the dates of your extended stay when you register for the event.
