Each member and hospitality partner pledges to:

• Maintain professional conduct and network professionally by avoiding conflicts of interest, including the exchange of inappropriate gifts, payments, fees, services, discounts, or other favors that are intended to wrongfully influence actions or decisions. 
• Respect confidential information, both of companies and the association.
• Actively promote the value, resources, and services of the association. 
• Encourage and support an inclusive environment of respect and equity for everyone, regardless of national origin, race, religion, gender, marital status, age, sexual orientation, physical or mental disabilities.
